Transition from passive chat interfaces to proactive, agentic systems that execute complex tasks. This session explores the architectural patterns required to build reliable AI assistants capable of autonomous financial management, along with a real-life application in a large financial organisation that runs in production. We will examine how to integrate AI agents with real-time enterprise APIs to enable agents that don’t just summarise data, but act upon it. We will discuss the design principles for building agents that are both autonomous and aligned with strict operational requirements.
